Strong signs . . .

Had the privilege of speaking about the Corporate Express success story with Salesforce.com Service & Support last Thursday at the Grand Hyatt in Denver (we pushed the limits of the application back in 2005 when consolidating 28 customer service centers into a single, state-of-the-art 'Customer Experience Center' in Aurora Colorado). The Service and Support components of the app that are now available 'out of the box' are just awesome. Add to that the rapidly expanding collaboration tool 'Chatter' and its just awesome.

But what was more exciting than speaking Thursday was the fact that the room was packed with businesses and people that I thought had a ton of energy and enthusiasm. Was interesting to hear the SF execs share that this was one of the best-attended events in Denver in years, and a very startk contrast to an event held only one year ago. Coupled with the pace of our work at ESG and what our partner firms are experiencing from a growth and new business development / recruiting perspective, I'd say that Denver is just a fantastic place to be right now. We are really proud to be a part of the business community here! Proof that the economy is improving, and that Salesforce.com is a world-class, enterprise-grade, extremely powerful cloud-based business platform (we saw that when new put 6,500 users on it at CE!).
